For the purposes of these Messaging Terms, “Relief Buddy” includes Relief Buddy Inc., Relief Buddy Dental, and affiliated staffing partner networks and brands operating on the Relief Buddy platform, including but not limited to BTG Global, KDM Dental Placements, Westrock Dental Temps, and related affiliated networks and staffing partners.

These terms and conditions of use for the Relief Buddy mobile application, website, and technology platform (collectively, the “Platform”) constitute a legal agreement and are entered into by and between you and Relief Buddy Inc. (“Relief Buddy,” “we,” “us” or “our”). The following terms and conditions, together with any documents and/or additional terms they expressly incorporate by reference (collectively, the “Agreement”), govern your access to and use of the Platform, including any content, functionality, products and services offered on or through the Platform, including any relief work services (“Relief Work Services”) solicited, offered or accepted by you through the Platform.

BY USING THE PLATFORM OR ANY PORTION THEREOF, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND AND COMPLY WITH THIS AGREEMENT AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY, FOUND AT WWW.RELIEFBUDDY.CA/PRIVACY-POLICY, INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM.

In joining the Platform, you are considered part Relief Buddy Network and agree to access the Platform via the Relief Buddy Platform TOS.

General


By opting into SMS messages from Relief Buddy, you agree to receive recurring automated and informational text messages from Relief Buddy and its affiliated partner networks and brands. Messages may include shift alerts, scheduling notifications, account updates, job opportunities, reminders, surveys, updates, and occasional promotional communications.

Messages may be sent using an automated system to the mobile number you provided or any number you later designate.

Message frequency may vary based on your activity and interaction with Relief Buddy and affiliated partner networks. Relief Buddy reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of messages sent at any time and to change the sending phone number used for messaging.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to use the Relief Buddy platform or affiliated partner services.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-Out / Cancellation

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you may receive a final confirmation message confirming your opt-out status. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Relief Buddy or affiliated partner networks unless you opt in again.

Transfer of Mobile Number

If you change or transfer your mobile phone number to another person, you agree to reply STOP from the original number or notify Relief Buddy at admin@reliefbuddy.com before the number change takes effect.

Changes to Messaging Terms

Relief Buddy reserves the right to modify or terminate its SMS messaging services or update these Messaging Terms at any time. Any updates will become effective immediately upon posting.
